Breaking New Grounds offers the following personal training program: 
  • Initial Consultation (required)
    • Duration: 1-2 hours
    • Payment: One time fee
    • Detail:
      • This session is focused on what it is that you would like to achieve, the time in which you would like to reach those achievements and how exactly we will get you to them. It will include the following;
        • Nutritional Assessment ~ during your initial consultation we will discuss your current and past eating habits. This information will be used to create your overall plan.
        • Fitness Assessment ~ A standardized fitness assessment will be administered during your initial consultation to determine your areas of opportunity, risk factors and overall fitness level.
        • SWOT Analysis ~ Here we will discuss and define your personal Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. We will use this analysis as a tool throughout your program.
        • Goal Setting Session ~ During this phase of your IC we will apply concrete deadlines and boundaries to your personal fitness goals.
      • Based on the information gathered at your Initial Consultation, we will create a personalized wellness plan which will include;
        • Personal Training regimen
        • Independent (at home/gym) workout and schedule
        • Nutrition Analysis
        • Success Timeline
  • Personal Training
    • Duration: 1.5 hours every calendar week
    • Payment: Monthly due on or before the first session of each month
    • Detail:
      • Each week we will meet and go over the past week. The following topics are covered on a weekly basis in the first 30 minutes of your session;
        • Goals progress
          • Successes
          • Areas of opportunity
          • Obstacles
          • Solutions & Next Steps
        • Nutrition over the past week
          • Successes
          • Areas of opportunity
          • Obstacles
          • Solutions & Next Steps
        • Fitness over the past week
          • Successes
          • Areas of opportunity
          • Obstacles
          • Solutions & Next Steps
        • Goals achieved + new goals to be set
          • Successes
          • Areas of opportunity
          • Obstacles
          • Solutions & Next Steps
      • In the final hour of your weekly session, you will receive your weekly physical training based on your personal fitness goals. This weekly session will be created and personalized continuously based on your current needs and goals.
